Amanda Yale ACR MIPC
Amanda is Pam’s third daughter. She is a professional Conservator accredited by the Institute of Paper Conservation and she has established a reputation for fine and reliable restoration of works in her Devon studio.
Amanda specialises in the restoration and conservation of archival material such as manuscripts, documents, photographs and book pages as well as fine art prints, drawings and watercolours up to and including contemporary items. Cleaning and repairs are carried out using sympathetic reversible techniques and compatible materials. Treasured or valuable items can be restored to their former condition and damage repaired to limit further degeneration. Acid-free mount boards are used for durability.
Amanda can also undertake large format projects such as maps, plans and posters, or on-site work as required.
She is experienced in the repair and restoration of picture frames.
